J. Geils

John W. Geils Jr. better known as J. Geils ( born February 20, 1946 in New York City ) is an American musician. He became known as guitarist and founding member of the J. Geils Band.

J. Geils Band

In 1967, J. Geils Blue Trio J. Geils Band, in which he himself (vocals, guitar), Danny Klein ( Dr. Funk ) ( bass) and Magic Dick ( Richard Salwitz ) ( harmonica) are. A few years later, Peter Wolf (voice), Seth Justman (keyboards) and Stephen Jo Bladd (drums) were added and they developed into a rock band. 1986, dissolved the band. 2006 there was a reunion.
