Jaakko Hämeen-Anttila

Jaakko Markus Hämeen - Anttila ( born February 26, 1963 in Oulu) is a professor at the University of Helsinki for Arabic and Islamic Studies. He is considered a leading Islamic scholar in Finland.

In addition, numerous translations from Arabic into Finnish by him have appeared, including a translation of the Qur'an. He was awarded the prize for knowledge publishing the Finnish state for his Islam Guide ( Islamin käsikirja ) 2005. In addition, own seals have been published by him.
