Jabugo
Jabugo is a municipality and a village in the Spanish province of Huelva (Andalusia ).

It is mainly known for its ham. This is obtained from the " pata negras ", the black Iberian pigs. These semi-wild pigs live outdoors and feed on the acorns of the cork oak. This diet gives the ham its delicious flavor.
