Jack Babashoff

Jack Babashoff ( born July 13, 1955 in Whittier, California ) is a retired American swimmer.

With the Summer Olympic Games in Montreal in 1976 he won the silver medal in the 100 m freestyle behind his compatriot James Montgomery. He also won at the World Swimming Championships in Berlin in 1978 with the U.S. 4 x 100 m freestyle relay gold medal.

His sister Shirley Babashoff heard with 8 medals of the most successful swimmers in the Olympics at all.
