Jacques Villeret

Jacques Villeret ( born February 6, 1951 in Loches ( Indre- et- Loire) as Mohammed Boufroura; . † January 28, 2005 in Évreux ) was a French actor.

Life

Villeret took lessons at the Cours Simon drama school and at the Paris Conservatory. After that, he was engaged in the Comédie- Française. Quick he left the theater stage and joined the film. After several minor roles you saw him in 1981 Louis and his alien cabbages as aliens, the Louis de Funès pays a visit. Henceforth Villeret played with such stars as Gérard Depardieu in Danton (1983 ) (directed by Andrzej Wajda ) and Jean -Paul Belmondo in The Magnificent (1983). Incidentally Villeret moved with his one-man show again and again by France, where he was discovered by director Ben Lewin, the Villeret as a partner of Jeff Goldblum in The Favour, the clock and the Very Big Fish (1991 ) undertook. In 1999, he won the César Award for Best Actor for his performance in Dinner for Schmucks.

He was active until his death. Villeret died of internal bleeding.
