Jake Owen ( born September 28, 1981 in Vero Beach, Florida, real name Joshua Ryan Owen ) is an American country music singer.
Career
Owens Career original desire was golfer, but as a serious sports injury put him out of action longer time, he passed the time playing with guitar. This then appearances were in student pubs and a collection of self-written songs. This went so far that he hung his highly advanced college studies at the nail and moved to Nashville. There he met the producer Jimmy Ritchey, with whom he wrote songs together and eventually helped him in finding a record label. In 2006 he signed with Sony / BMG and had shortly afterwards his debut album. Startin ' with Me made it straight into the Top 10 on the country charts and three singles from the album made it into the singles top 20, two of which were placed in the official Hot 100 charts.
The second album Easy Does It appeared in 2009. Already advance the single Do not Think I Can not Love You # 2 on the country song charts had been reached, the album repeated this position in the album charts, both its highest-ever rankings in the respective charts.
