The Jakobselva (Russian Ворьема; Russian transcription. Worjema; nordsam Vuorján; Finnish Vuoremijoki ) is a 45 km long river in the far north of Scandinavia.

The river has its source in the Russian Rajon Pechenga, flows in a northerly direction, then runs between the municipality of Sør -Varanger in Finnmark county and the Murmansk Oblast. It here forms the border between Norway and Russia. Finally, the Jakobselva flows near the Norwegian settlement Grense Jakobselv in a small estuary and flows of the Varanger Fjord in the Barents Sea off.
