The Jacob Horn is a of developed with a cableway mountain peaks in Switzerland. The little prominent peak structure is the northwest end of a ridge, which runs from the southeast between the southern and the northern Sertigtal Dischmatal towards Davos ( 2815 m) and Jacob Horn never falls between the 2.5 km distant Wuosthorn under 2560 meters. In close proximity to the southeast is the Jatzhorn ( 2682 m). The whole area is located on the municipal area of the municipality of Davos.

Railway and ski

On the eastern slopes of Jacob Horn, the same ski area, which consists of twelve cars and ski lifts extends. It is one of five ski areas in the winter sports area Davos Klosters Mountains.

The train up to Jacob Horn was completed in 1958. The first section lists the Ischalp, from where achieved with the second section of the summit. The shortest cable car in Switzerland, the Güggel Railway, also opens up from the south to the summit, making the ski area around the Alp Jatz is connected to the Jacob Horn.
