Jakub Jakubov

Jakub Jakubov ( born February 1, 1989 in Košice ) is a Czech football player on the goalkeeper position. In addition to the Czech he also owns the Slovak citizenship.

Club career

Jakubov began playing football at the Slovak Club 1.FC Kosice. In 2001 he moved to local rivals Lokomotíva Košice. At the age of 14 years, the goalkeeper moved to the Lower Austrian club SV Horn, after just one season he went to FK Austria Wien. In spring 2008 Jakubov was on loan to the regional league SV Wienerberger. Then he returned to Austria and completed three missions in the First League 2008/09.

In July 2009 Jakubov moved to the Czech second division club FK Dukla Prague. The goalkeeper made ​​his debut on 14 August 2009 in the game against the MFK Karviná in the second league. In early 2010 Jakubov was loaned for six months at the Dritlligisten Spartak MAS Sezimovo Ústí order to gain match practice. With Sezimovo Ústí the goalkeeper had the promotion to the second division. In July 2010 Jakubov returned to Dukla.

National

Jakubov stood in the Czech squad for the Junior World Cup Egypt 2009, but did not play.
