James Bachman

James Bachman ( born February 24, 1972 in Cuckfield, Sussex, England ) is an English actor, writer and comedian.

He is one of the main characters of the series The Man Without a Head Go (English Sorry, I've got no head ). In the German translation, he is spoken of Bastian Pastewka.

He wrote for a number of UK radio and television broadcasts, as That Mitchell and Webb Look (2006-2007), That Mitchell and Webb Sound (2003-2007), Popetown (2005), and Ant & Dec 's Saturday Night Takeaway (2002-2003). He also appeared in That Mitchell and Webb Look (2006-2007), Saxondale (2006-2007), The Mighty Boosh (2005 ) The IT Crowd (2007) and many other television and radio programs. In the winter of 2006 he made with David Mitchell and Robert Webb a tour, as part of their live show, The Two Faces of Mitchell and Webb. In 2007, he appeared as Harry Biscuit in the radio comedy Bleak Expectations. The second series was taken in May 2008.

He wrote with and often joined with Mark Evans, Lucy Montgomery and Barunka O'Shaughnessy as part of the population: 3.

On May 6, 2008, Mark Evans, he took to the test broadcast of their BBC Radio 4 comedy show zoom; Main characters were David Soul, Carla Medonca and Jon Glover, with a special guest appearance by Nicholas Parsons as he himself.

He was educated at Radley College and the University of Cambridge, where he was Vice President of Footlights.
