James Harris, 3rd Earl of Malmesbury

James Howard Harris, 3rd Earl of Malmesbury (* March 25, 1807, † May 17, 1889 ) was a British statesman.

Life

Malmesbury 1841 followed his father as Earl of Malmesbury, after he had been before for Wilton ( Wiltshire) member of the British House of Commons. Around this time he joined a treaty of friendship with the living in England in exile Prince Louis Napoleon.
