James Vanderbilt
James Vanderbilt (* November 1975) is an American film producer and screenwriter.
Life
Vanderbilt graduated from the USC School of Cinema-Television from the year 1999. He is a grandson of Alfred G. Vanderbilt, whose first cousin Gloria Laura Vanderbilt is. He is also a distant cousin of Anderson Cooper. For his most successful film as a screenwriter Zodiac - The trail of the killer, in which he acted under the direction of David Fincher as a producer, he was nominated for six film awards, but could not convert them into a trophy. 2012 came his next film, The Amazing Spider -Man in theaters, in which he wrote the screenplay with Steven Kloves and Alvin Sargent.
