Jamie Oleksiak
Jamieson Oleksiak ( born December 21, 1992, Toronto, Ontario ) is a Canadian- American professional ice hockey player standing since 2012 with the Dallas Stars in the National Hockey League under contract and in parallel for their farm team Texas accrued Stars in the American Hockey League.
Career
Jamie Oleksiak began his career as a hockey player in the Junior League United States Hockey League, where he was active from 2008 to 2010 for the Chicago Steel and Sioux Falls Stampede. He then attended one year Northeastern University, for their hockey team he played in parallel in the Hockey East. He was then selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2011 in the first round than a total of 14 players from the Dallas Stars. The 2011/12 season began the defender at the Saginaw Spirit of the Canadian top junior league Ontario Hockey League and finished it in their league rivals Niagara IceDogs. After the start of the NHL season, he was appointed by the Dallas Stars in the NHL squad, for whom he made his debut in the league.
Internationally
For the U.S., Oleksiak took part in the 2009 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament. Later, he decided, however, from now on for Canada aground. For the Canadians, he ran on at the U20 Junior World Championship 2012, where he won the bronze medal with his team.
