Jan Olaf Roaldset

January Olaf Roaldset ( born March 28, 1946 in Molde ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper.

Career

Roaldset, who started for the IL - Hjelset Fram reached the seventh place on the large hill at the Norwegian Championships in 1965 in Bærum. Two years later, at the Norwegian Championships in 1967 Roaldset came on the 11th place on the normal hill. In 1968 he won the Svenska Skidspelen and at the Norwegian Championships in 1968 in Bærum the silver medal on the large hill.

At the 1968 Olympic Winter Games in Grenoble Roaldset jumped on the normal hill on the 21th Place before he reached the large hill Rank 13.

In the Norwegian Championships 1969 in Odnes he jumped on the large hill in fifth. This placement he also repeated at the Norwegian Championships 1970 in Meldal. He also reached the same year at the Svenska Skidspelen in Falun tenth.
