Jane Schaberg
Jane D. Schaberg ( born February 20, 1938 † 17 April 2012) was an American Roman Catholic theologian.
Life
Schaberg studied philosophy at Manhattanville College and Roman Catholic theology at Columbia University and Union Theological Seminary in New York City. She taught as a high school teacher at the University of Detroit Mercy by 1977 until 2009. 1984 she signed the Campaign A Catholic Statement on Pluralism and Abortion in New York Times. She was co-editor of the newspaper the Journal of Feminist Studies in Religion.
