Janusz Radziwiłł (1612–55)

Janusz Radziwill ( Lithuanian Jonušas Radvilos; born December 12, 1612 Papilys, Lithuania, † December 31, 1655 in Tykocin ) was a Lithuanian nobleman, magnate, an official in the civil service, general and imperial prince of the Holy Roman Empire. As the son of Krzysztof Radziwill (1585-1640) and Anna Radziwill ( † after 1642), born Kiszka, he came from a noble family of Radziwill ( Lithuanian Radvilos ).

Life

Janusz has held a variety of public offices in the Republican Kingdom of Poland-Lithuania, which he was very rich and influential.
