Japanese counter word

Japanese measure words or Zähleinheitswörter (Japanese助 数词josūshi ) are appended to figures to support analogous to a number of other suffixes in Japanese, the reading and listening skills.

Here, different types of objects and abstract concepts is allocated to a defined Zähleinheitswort. A correspondence in German is about sheet in " 50 sheets of paper ."
