JASDAQ Securities Exchange

The K. K. Jasdaq shoken Torihikijo (Japanese株式会社 ジャスダック 証券 取引 所, Kabushiki - gaisha Jasudakku shoken Torihikisho, Eng. Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc.) was a securities exchange headquartered in Chūō, Tokyo, Japan.

Today is Jasdaq the trading name of Osaka shoken Torihikijo ( engl. Osaka Securities Exchange) in Osaka.

JASDAQ is not connected to NASDAQ in the U.S., but works similarly with electronic platform.

History

In 1963, the Nippon Shōkengyō Kyōkai (日本 证券业协会Japan Securities Dealers Association, engl. ) Addressed an OTC securities trading one. This system was in June 1976 the newly founded company Nippon TENTO shoken KK ( .日本 店 头 证券 株式会社, Eng. OTC Securities Japan Co., Ltd. ) was assumed. As of October 1991, the Jasdaq index was calculated. With the withdrawal from the securities business in December 1998, the name was changed to KK was Jasdaq Service (株式会社 ジャスダック·サービス, Kabushiki - gaisha Jasudakku Sābisu, Eng. Jasdaq Services, Inc.) and in February 2001 to KK Jasdaq (株式会社 ジャスダック, Eng. Jasdaq Inc.). After obtaining a stock exchange license, the company was renamed in KK Jasdaq shoken Torihikijo.

In December 2008, the company was a subsidiary of Osaka shoken Torihikijo (Osaka Securities Exchange, OSE), the Jasdaq trading system in the OSE integrated in September 2009, and eventually all over the company on April 1, 2010 and the JASDAQ with the NEO and Nippon New Market Hercules united.
