Jason Starr

Jason Starr ( born 1966 in Brooklyn, New York City ) is an American author and screenwriter. Starr has become internationally known in particular for his Kriminalrome. He lives and writes in New York.

Biography

During his college years at Binghamton University Starr began to write short stories. Soon he focused on screenplays and plays for Off-Off -Broadway theater. Since he could not live on his literary career for a long time, he earned his living by different jobs, for example as telemarketers.

Meanwhile, his crime novels full of black humor as well as his scripts are so successful that he can concentrate on writing.
