JBL

JBL or JBL Professional is an American, world-renowned manufacturer of audio systems and accessories. The company was founded by James Bullough Lansing ( See also Altec Lansing ) in 1946 and is now part of Harman International Group, which also includes Harman-Kardon and Infinity belong.

JBL provides high-quality speaker systems manufactures for the home or studio area and was in the 1980s, selected by Lucasfilm to develop the first THX - theater speaker system. Furthermore, JBL is a manufacturer of professional audio equipment for PA speakers.
