Jean Aicard
Jean François Victor Aicard ( born February 4, 1848 in Toulon, † May 13, 1921 in Paris) was a French poet, novelist and playwright.
Particularly well known he was by his 1908 published book Maurin des Maures.
Aicard was elected in 1909, was a member of the Académie française in 1901 and made an Officer of the Legion of Honour.
Dar literary estate of the writer is in the archive of the city of Toulon.
