Jean-Claude Marcourt

Jean -Claude Marcourt ( born October 16, 1956 in Awa, province of Liège ) is a Belgian ( Walloon ) politicians ( Parti Socialiste ).

Marcourt was among the Walloon Prime Minister Jean -Claude Van Cauwenberghe, Elio Di Rupo and Rudy Demotte Minister of Economics and Labour. Since 2009 he has been Deputy Prime Minister of Wallonia. In the European elections in 2009 he was elected to Parliament, resigned his seat but quickly settled.
