Jean-Joseph Fiocco

Jean -Joseph Fiocco (* December 15, 1686 in Brussels, † March 30, 1746 ) was a Flemish composer and conductor of the Baroque.

Fiocoo was trained by a native of Venice father Pietro Antonio Fiocco. He was choir master of the royal chapel of the governor-general in Brussels Maria Elisabeth of Austria. Jean -Joseph Fiocco is regarded as one of the teachers of Ignaz Vitzthumb and Pieter Van Maldere.

His most important work is his nine " Repons de mort" ( Trust Roden )
