Jean Rolin

Jean Philippe Rolin ( born June 14, 1949 in Boulogne- Billancourt, Hauts -de -Seine département ) is a French writer and journalist.

Life

Jean Rolin was active as a student after the student riots of May 1968, just as his two years older brother Olivier Rolin, in the left, Maoist scene. In the following years he wrote reports for French media such as daily newspapers Libération and Le Figaro, L' EVENEMENT du Jeudi and the French magazine Géo.

Rolin is a travel writer, essays, novels and short stories often writes about societies and worlds on the edge of life who are at risk of disappearing.
