Jeannette Charles ( * October 15, 1927 ) is a British stand-in of Queen Elizabeth II

Career

Trained as an actress Charles was determined by their similarity to the British queen early on precisely this role. In 1971 she put them in different movies, TV series and TV shows is, among other things, The Rutles, Eric Idles spoof on the Beatles. With him, she appeared on Saturday Night Live on American television. Her most famous appearance was at the side of Leslie Nielsen in The Naked Gun.
