Jeffery–Williams Prize

The Jeffery -Williams Prize of the Canadian Mathematical Society is an annual award since 1968 Prize for outstanding mathematical research. It is named after the former President of the Society Ralph Jeffery (1889-1975) and the former Treasurer Lloyd Williams ( 1888-1976 ). The winner will give a presentation at the Congress of the Company and receive a custom-made Inuit sculpture made of soapstone.
