Jenny Byrne
Jenny Margaret Byrne ( born February 25, 1967 in Perth ) is an Australian former tennis player.
Career
Byrne played from 1987 to 1997 on the professional tour. In 1985 she won the tournament in the junior Australian Open and reached the final of the Junior Wimbledon Championships ..
In 1989, she reached the final of the mixed doubles of the Wimbledon Championships. She lost this with mixed- partner Mark Kratzmann 4:6, 7:5, 4:6 against the pairing Jana Novotná / Jim Pugh.
As a member of the Olympic team of Australia Byrne played at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.
