Jenő Buzánszky [ Jeno ː ' buza ː nski ] ( born May 4, 1925 in Dombóvár ) is a retired Hungarian football player.

Buzánszky was a member of the " Golden Team " (Hungarian Aranycsapat ), the Hungarian national team, also known as the Magical Magyars, who was defeated at the Football World Cup 1954 in Bern at the Miracle of Bern the German selection.

The defender Buzánszky did not play at a club in Budapest, but at the Dorogi Bányász from Dorog the only one from the Golden Team. In a total of 48 games he appeared in for the Hungarian national team, of which five times during the World Cup 1954. He played both in 1953 in the 3:6 home defeat of the English at Wembley in 1954 and at the final of the soccer World Cup in Bern. In 1952, he became Olympic champion with Hungary.

After 274 league games Buzánszky ended his active career and began working as a coach. He was elected Vice- President of the Hungarian Football Association 1996. The stadium of FC Dorogi is named after him.
