The Jenolan River is a small river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales.

It rises northwest of Jenolan Caves, below the ridge of the Great Dividing Range. The river turns first to the southeast to Jenolan Caves and then turns its course to the east. Below the Krungle Bungle Range he takes the Mumbedah River on, turns to the northeast and empties into the Coxs River a little later.

With the exception of the small town of Jenolan Caves, where a road crosses the river, it passes through uninhabited areas, largely in the Kanangra - Boyd National Park.
