Jerry Lynn

Jeremy "Jerry" Lynn ( born June 12, 1963 in Minneapolis, Minnesota ) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently working for Independent Wrestling Association and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

Lynn is married and has two daughters.

Career

Beginnings / Independent

Lynn began in 1988 with the wrestling. First, he was in several local wrestling leagues in the area in and around Minnesota active.

From 1989 to 1990 Lynn went to the American Wrestling Association. Subsequently, he was employed by the Global Wrestling Federation. During his time in this league Lynn could also win the GWF Light Heavyweight Champion.

World Championship Wrestling / Extreme Championship Wrestling

For the first time known to a wider audience Lynn was during his time with World Championship Wrestling. There, he joined as the masked Mr. J. L. especially in the at Cruiserweight Division. Some time later, Lynn joined Extreme Championship Wrestling.

In the ECW Lynn was involved in a very successful program feud with former ECW Television Champion Rob Van Dam. Lynn came more than once under the gimmick of The New F'N Show vs. Rob Van Dam at different title matches. Although he could not win this, but made thereby in the hardcore scene a name. Independent / World Wrestling Entertainment
