Jesper Björnlund

Jesper Björn Lund (born 30 October 1985 in Jukkasjärvi ) is a Swedish freestyle skis. He specializes in the moguls and dual moguls mogul disciplines.

Biography

After two seasons in the European Björn Lund debuted on 15 January 2005 at the freestyle skiing World Cup in Lake Placid, reaching the 23th Place. Twelve days later he came the first time in the top ten. In the season 2005/ 06 he scored in the World Cup two top - 10 finishes, but his best result was fifth place at the Olympic Winter Games 2006. During the following three winters Björn Lund could produce good results only sporadically, but fell in the World Cup 2009 Inawashiro on with a sixth place in Dual Moguls competition.

Largely unexpectedly won Björn Lund on December 11, 2009 in Suomu his first World Cup race and confirmed this result the following day with another win. In the 2009/10 season he stayed with one exception always in the top ten at the 2010 Winter Olympics he finished in eighth place.
