Jess Fishlock

Jessica Anne Fishlock ( born January 14, 1987 in Cardiff ) is a Welsh football player who is under contract with the Seattle Reign FC since the 2013 season.

Career

She began her professional career at Cardiff City LFC and played there, with a short detour to the team of Newport Strikers, by the year 2007. Subsequent graduated Fishlock a season for the Bristol Academy WFC and moved further in 2008 in the Dutch Eeredevisie to AZ Alkmaar. With Alkmaar she twice won the championship.

In 2011 Fishlock returned to Bristol to play there in the newly formed FA WSL. In November 2012 she joined the Australian W - League team Melbourne Victory.

The beginning of 2013 she was engaged as a so-called free agent for the newly formed NWSL of Seattle. Your league debut Fishlock on April 14, 2013 against the Chicago Red Stars, their first hit in the NWSL she achieved on April 21 against the Portland Thorns FC. In the summer of 2013, she returned on loan to the British island and signed a three-month loan contract with the Glasgow City LFC, with which it failed in the knockout stages of the Champions League at Arsenal LFC. National

Fishlock plays for the Welsh national team and participated with this, among others, at the Algarve Cup in 2011 and 2013.
