Jesús Murillo Karam

Jesús Murillo Karam ( born March 2, 1947 in Real del Monte, Hidalgo ) is a Mexican lawyer and politician.

Political career

Murillo Karam came in 1970 in the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI ) a. From 1993-1998 he was governor of the state of Hidalgo, and from 2006-2012 Senator. In December 2012, the President Enrique Peña Nieto appointed him to the Mexican Attorney General ( Procurator General de la República ).
