Jewel Taylor
Cianeh Jewel Howard -Taylor ( born January 17, 1963 in Liberia ) is a Liberian politician and businesswoman. She was the former first lady and wife of the ousted president Charles Taylor.
Life
The Liberian studied at Cuttington College and has a degree as a banker and two bachelor's degrees in Finance ( Banking and Economics ).
As the wife of the rebel leader Charles Taylor was after his election as President of the "First Lady" of Liberia. She also appeared himself as a politician in appearance and accompanied in the government of her husband a few representative and charitable agencies. After the forced resignation of President Taylor's Jewel Taylor filed for divorce. After the separation, she continued her political career as a member of the National Patriotic Party of Liberia continued success and ran for the elections to the Senate and House of Representatives of Liberia in Bong County.
