JFE Holdings, Inc. (Japanese JFEホールディングス 株式会社, JFE Hōrudingusu Kabushiki - gaisha ), listed on the Nikkei 225, ISIN JP3386030005, is a global Japanese corporate group based in Tokyo. It was created in 2002 by the merger of NKK and Kawasaki Steel Corporation.

Main business is the production of steel, next to the Group operates in the fields of engineering structures, logistics and chemistry. Subsidiaries are, for example, Mizushima Ferroalloy in Japan, California Steel in the United States, Fujian Sino - Jaan Metal in China and Minas da Serra Geral in Brazil.
