Jim Cantalupo

James Richard "Jim" Cantalupo ( born November 14, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, USA, † April 19, 2004 in Orlando, Florida) was head of the world 's largest restaurant company McDonald's.

Cantalupo, after having been eight years at Arthur Young in 1974 to McDonald 's, where he worked as a controller. In 1991 he became CEO of the company and remained there with a brief interruption until his death. His successor was Charlie Bell. Cantalupo was also the Group Chairman of the Board.

He died on April 19, 2004 of a heart attack at the age of 60 years.
