Jiřà Kavan
Jiří Kavan ( born December 11, 1943 in Olomouc, Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, † June 14, 2010 ) was a Czech handball player who has 1972 and 1976 competed in the Olympics.
In 1972 he won at the Summer Olympics with his team the silver medal. He played in all six matches and scored fifteen goals.
In 1976 he was with his team's seventh. He played in four games and threw nine goals.
