JMWAVE

JMWAVE was the name of the station of the Central Intelligence Agency in Miami, Florida.

The facility was located on the grounds of the University of Miami and was in operation from 1961 to 1968. It was the world's largest branch of the CIA and served as the basis for the activities against Cuba ( Operation Mongoose ).

In World War II was on the grounds of Richmond Naval Air Station, an airfield for the U.S. Navy airships.
