Joan Tetzel
Joan Margaret Tetzel ( born June 21, 1921 in New York City, New York, USA; † 31 October 1977 in Sussex, England ) was an American actress.
Life
Joan Tetzel began her career in the theater and Broadway. In 1946, she was on the side of Jennifer Jones in the film Duel in the Sun, her film debut. A year later, she starred in the Alfred Hitchcock film The Paradine Case. The last years of her career, the actress was seen exclusively in television productions.
In 1965 she retired from the film.
Joan Tetzel was married twice, from 1949 until her death from cancer with actor Oskar Homolka.
