Joanna Skrzydlewska

Joanna Skrzydlewska ( born February 17, 1977 in Łódź) is a Polish politician, Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ). She was a member of the Polish Sejm and is a member of the European Parliament since 2009.

Life

Joanna Skrzydlewska attended the Catholic High School John Paul II in Łódź. She then studied at the University of Łódź Economics and graduated with a diploma. They also visited the Diplomatic Academy of the Polish Foreign Ministry. Professionally, Joanna Skrzydlewska was employed on the farm of the family.

In 2003 she was among other employee of the City of Łódź, where she was deputy director advertising, tourism and international cooperation. In 2005, she stepped up to the parliamentary elections and was able to win with 11,822 votes, a mandate for the Sejm. She worked there in the Commissions for sports and public finances. Furthermore, she was a member of the Commission on Family and Women's Rights and the Commission on European Affairs. In the early parliamentary elections in 2007, they met again in the constituency in 9 Łódź. With 33 835 votes they could move to the Sejm again. Again she works in commissions for sports and European Affairs. In the 2009 European elections Joanna Skrzydlewska occurred successfully for a seat. This ended 10 June 2009 their membership in the Polish Sejm.
