J & P is a publicly traded, international construction services provider based in Guernsey. Since the 1960s, the company operates internationally, with emphasis in the Middle East is.
History
The company dates back to a local construction company that was founded in 1941 by George Paraskevaides and Stelios Joannou in Cyprus. In the 1960s, J & P took over first construction projects in Libya and expanded in the 1970s in the Middle East. Since 1979, the company is also active in South-Eastern Europe with a focus in Greece.
The supervised construction projects cover all areas of civil engineering, including tunnels, bridges, airports, hotels, universities, military complexes, etc.
