Joaquim Rifé

Joaquim Rifé Climent ( born February 4, 1942 in Barcelona ) is a former Spanish footballer and coach.

Rifé is one of the player who most often wore the jersey of the club in the history of FC Barcelona. In total he played from 1963 to 1976 401 appearances for Barça, only seven players denied more games for Barcelona than he. After his playing career he became a coach of his former team at the end of the 1978/79 season and could instantly win the European Cup Winners' Cup. Due to the poor performance in the 1979/80 season he was released later.
