Johan Alcén

Johan ALCEN ( born March 11, 1988 in Sandviken ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who is under contract with Mora IK in the HockeyAllsvenskan since 2011.

Career

Johan ALCEN began his career as a hockey player in his hometown when Sandvikens IK, for which he gave in the 2003/04 season his debut in the fourth division Division 2. He subsequently transferred to the junior level of the first division Brynäs IF, for the first time he ran aground in the 2005/06 season in the Elitserien, in which an attacker in his rookie year was point and impunity in three games. In the following season, he received significantly more ice age Brynäs, for which he ran aground in 33 games. In addition, the right-handed shooter, who was also still eligible to play for the U20 Junior Brynäs ' graduated, two games in the second-rate HockeyAllsvenskan for IFK Arboga. He was then selected in the NHL Entry Draft in the seventh round in 2007 when a total of 195 players from the Colorado Avalanche. First ALCEN remained at Brynäs IF, with whom he reached the league in the 2007/ 08 season. In the decisive Kvalserien the junior national team contributed with a goal and two assists in the success of his team.

For the 2009/10 season ALCEN moved within the Elitserien to Rögle BK. He spent the following season in the second division Leksand IF, before moving to its domestic rivals Mora IK for the 2011/12 season.

Internationally

For Sweden ALCEN took part in the U20 World Youth Championship 2008, where he took second place with his team.
