Johann Ernst von Thun

Johann Ernst Graf von Thun und Hohenstein, called the donor ( born July 3, 1643 Prague, † April 20, 1709 in Salzburg) was a bishop of Seckau 1679 to 1687 and Archbishop of Salzburg from 1687 to 1709.

Life

Johann Ernst was ordained a priest in 1677 and elected on December 29, 1679 as Bishop of Seckau.
