John Blyth

John Blythe († August 23, 1499 ) was Bishop of Salisbury.

His father was William Blythe. This was married to a sister of Thomas Rotheram, Archbishop of York. His brother was Geoffrey Blythe, Bishop of Lichfield.

From 1483 until his appointment as bishop, he was Archdeacon of Richmond. After he was appointed Bishop of Salisbury on 22 December 1493 was consecrated bishop on 23 February 1494. He dedicated on May 10, 1498 Thomas Wolsey bishop.

He died on 23 August 1499th
