John Duttine
John Arthur Duttine (born 15 March 1949 in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England ) is a British film and stage actor.
Life
John Duttine saw as the youngest of five sons of Joseph and Edith Duttine in Barnsley the light of day; his father died already, when John was only five years old. Already in his youth, he knew he wanted to be an actor, so he studied in London after graduating from the Buttershaw Comprehensive School Drama at the Drama Centre. From 1970 to 1973, he was then a member of the Watford Repertory Company.
Duttines film career began in 1973, as the main character of the four -part film drama A Pin to See the Peepshow, alongside Francesca Annis and Bernard Hepton. His work was then mostly limited to British television series and television movies. He also was booked in comparison to other British actors neither for Hollywood productions, even Duttine the rest of Europe was known excessively. His lasting successful film was the 1977 film version produced Bible Jesus of Nazareth directed by Franco Zeffirelli, in the Duttine the Apostle John personified.
