John F. Banzhaf III

John F. Banzhaf III. ( * 1940 ) is an American lawyer and law professor at George Washington University.

Banzhaf is the strategic mastermind behind the actions for damages against American fast food and cigarette companies. Banzhaf also dealt with weighted voting systems. In 1965 he established the Banzhaf power index.
