John Folda

John Thomas Folda ( born August 8, 1961 in Omaha, Nebraska, USA) is Bishop of Fargo.

Life

John Folda received on 27 May 1989, the sacrament of Holy Orders by the Bishop of Lincoln, Glennon Patrick Flavin.

On April 8, 2013, Pope Francis appointed as Bishop of Fargo. He received his episcopal consecration of the Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, John Clayton Nienstedt, on 19 June 2013. Were co-consecrators the Archbishop of Denver, Samuel Joseph Aquila, and the Bishop of Lincoln, James Douglas Conley.
