John Ruddy

John Thomas Gordon Ruddy ( born October 24, 1986 in St Ives Huntingdonshire in ) is an English football goalkeeper who since 2010 is at Norwich City in the English Premier League under contract.

Career

After he started his professional career at Cambridge United, he joined in the summer of 2005 to Everton with a transfer fee of £ 250,000.

In September 2005 he took part in five games for the Walsall FC in the Football League One. Two further lending transactions with the clubs Rushden & Diamonds and Chester City.

In February 2006, he made ​​his debut at Everton after all other gatekeepers were unable to play.

In September 2006, a one-month loan deal with Stockport County was completed, which was extended to three months due to the good performance of Ruddy. In February 2007, he played a month for the AFC Wrexham.
