Jomanda

Jomanda ( born May 5, 1948 in Deventer; actually Johanna ( Joke ) Wilhelmina Petronella Damman ) is a Dutch spiritualist and in his own words a healing medium. It stands on the 15th place on the list of quacks, published by the Dutch Association against Quackery.

In her youth, Damman was suffering from a skin disease, in their treatment, the doctors allegedly failed. It was only after a visit to a paranormal healers should be healed. Then she took her career as a ballet dancer back on and headed ballet schools. She also explores worked as a paranormal healer. Later she ended the ballet and devoted himself full-time vocation as a medium. By his own admission it has the following gifts: she is clairvoyant, feeling and knowing. They should get help from her late father and other forces in the ' divine world '. Various sources state that she was a fanatical follower of paranormal writer Jozef Rulof.

Career

Damman 1991 in all of Holland known after appearing on the television. From 1992 to 1999 she held healing events in Tiel, which were attended by many. At these meetings, they irradiated bottles with tap water, which thus should be healing.

Criticism

1994 appeared in the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, an article by journalist Anja Toetenel. She had infiltrated the paranormal world of Jomanda one year and published their findings.
